When I'm not high on endorphins from exercise, I love to connect with my husband Ken,and children Erik,Jessica,and Nellie. Playing with my grandsons,and sharing lives with friends is amazing too. I am happy, grateful, energetic,and I love all the seasons. I love the mountains, oceans,and rivers. Kyaking at dawn, or sunset, around Orcas Is., Getting to qualify, and running the Boston marathon last year was a huge privilege!Going on an early morning hike, or run with my i-pod blasting upbeat praise music is something I get excited about! What could be better than being filled with love and joy?
